Grinder Goo

I spent the morning on making the gore so the grinder death would be a little more funny.

Soft Save

I also added a new soft-save option (accessible from the settings) that will allow the player to start over while keeping all of the achievements. This will allow a player to gain all achievements (such as the speedrunning AND the "die 100 times" achievements).
