Yesterday I added one more way to die: falling into the meat grinder. If you climb up the ladder just a bit too high, Monty "slips" and falls into the grinder (which mysteriously then turns on...?) and grinds Monty into a green guck. As always, this uses stand-in imagery and animation :)
